• Indirectly through information we collect during the course of providing services.
• From third parties that interact with us in connection with our services.

Personal Information Does NOT Include

• Publicly available information from government records.
• De-identified or aggregate consumer information.
• Information excluded from the CCPA's scope, such as health information covered by HIPAA and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA).

• Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete: You may request that we delete Personal Information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information. We do not sell your Personal Information.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may request that we limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the services.

Only you, or a person you have authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.

We reserve the right to amend this California privacy notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes, we will post the updated notice on our website and update the effective date.
